Enable Redwood Profile for Oracle HRMS Termination

In this article, we’ll look at how to enable the Redwood profile for employee termination in Oracle Fusion.

By default, this Redwood UI is disabled. So, if you want to use the Redwood experience for the termination process, you must enable it first. Let’s go through the steps to enable the Redwood profile.

Required Profile Options

To enable Redwood for the termination process, you need to activate the following two profile options:

ORA_PER_EMPL_TERMINATE_REDWOOD_ENABLED
ORA_PER_EMPL_RESIGNATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED

Steps to Enable:

Access Oracle Fusion Cloud Application
Log in to your Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
Open Setup and Maintenance
- Click on your Profile icon (top-right corner).
- Select Setup and Maintenance.
Search for Administrator Profile Settings
- Click the Tasks button on the right-hand side.
- From the dropdown, select Search.
- In the search bar, enter "%Manage Administrator%".
- Click on Manage Administrator Profile Values.
Enable the Redwood Profiles
- Copy each of the profile codes listed above.
- Paste them one by one into the Profile Option Code field.
- Click Search.
- Set the Profile Value to Yes.
